Grand Central Class 180's

Grand Central has recently acquired new ‘class 180’ high speed trains.

These trains are part way through a programme of enhancements. This includes provision of Wi-Fi and power points at seat. We are working to get this improvement completed as a priority.

The doors on our new trains are controlled by push buttons. When walking through the train or leaving the train at a station you will need to use the push buttons to operate the doors.

Some of our new trains are not yet painted in Grand Central colours. Please check with a member of staff if you are unsure about the correct train to board.

First Class is located in coach F, the buffet is located in coach C and facilities for disabled passengers and baby changing can be found in coach D.
