All Grand Central services will operate with a full restaurant and buffet service, offering passengers the chance to dine in a unique environment in the restaurant car.

The restaurant service will be launched soon.

The restaurant car will be open to passengers from both classes, with first class passengers also having the option to dine at their own seat.

The buffet will be open for the duration of the journey, also bringing hot food directly to passengers in Standard Class.

It is envisaged that passengers will be able to pre-book a seat in the restaurant car, so ensuring that those wishing to guarantee a meal can do so.
