Grand Central believes in a simple fares structure with no Quotas. We believe tickets should be easy to purchase, simple to understand and offer great value for money. 

Free Seat Reservations

Unlike some operators Grand Central has no plans to introduce a charge for reserving a seat on its trains. Seat reservations will be made where requested, though they may be limited on heavily loaded services.

Free Tea and Coffee in Standard Class

 free tea or coffee is being offered to passengers in Standard accommodation travelling to or from London when using a Grand Central dedicated ticket or an “Any Permitted” ticket. Tea or coffee is dispensed from the Route 26 Buffet car. The offer lasts until 31st July 2009.
